Habitual Traffic Offenses
A Habitual Traffic Offender (HTO) is not a title one strives to achieve but it’s also
not entirely uncommon. Often, people do not know they are subject to habitual
traffic offender status until they receive a notification letter in the mail. A person
labeled HTO has been three convictions for driving with a suspended license and/or
DUI three times within five years or has accumulated too many points. Many people
unknowingly convict themselves by paying a fine for driving with a suspended license
charge. Paying the fine admits guilt. Malcolm is experienced in overturning HTO
status and getting client's eligible for a driver's license.
